Sony Vegas 8, 9, 10, or 11!?

Please help because I use 10 but when I render my videos in 720p my video comes out in 480p and I go to "Change Quality" and there's no 720p :/

I use 10, all 11 is is an upgraded effects GUI and extra render settings that nobody uses.

Are you sure you're rendering in 720p? Try rendering in the HD 720-30p 6MBPS preset with the .wmv codec.

When I record my gameplay with Fraps, it always come out in 720p? What is the difference if I render it in Sony Vegas?

If you fiddle with the settings just right you can get the same quality and MUCH lower file sizes.
Nobody wants to upload a 10gb file to youtube.
