Ok so i have a Dazzle DVC 100 and when i open Pinnacle its just a Black screen what do i do ive been looking for about 3 hours now someone please help me

Does it say it's recording?

Check the splitters on the dazzle
Sometimes they loosen and just need to be tightened again

No im not using splitters better quality without them they say and ill take a pic of screen Private message me

Make sure your cables are nice and tight, (thats what she said) and then run the software.

I did that and its still black its the preview screen :/

get videopad just download it then got to cspture make sure all your cables are plugged in now select your device after that your screen will show up

Was it working before?

Try downloading the pinnacle driver

Make sure you have everything plugged in correctly cause sometimes it can be easy to mix up the yellow and white on the A/V cable
