Just some advice, but if you're recruiting for a trickshotting clan or some other youtube clan then you should at least have a youtube before you start to post on here that you're recruiting, because what's going to look better? A clan with a youtube setup and videos showing people what the clan is about and the skills of the people and/or leaders, or a clan that just says they plan on getting big and that they have good players with nothing to lure people in and to grab their attention.
