I heard they fixed the clay generation for Xbox minecraft. Does that mean I have to start a new world? Or will it be updated on the worlds I've been playing on??

You have to start a whole new world.

Unfortunately that means you will have to start a new world, BUT I have been searching for clay for around 20 mins and found none so im not entirely sure if they fixed clay generation 100%
