Yes to answer your question, you can have sex in a Lucid Dream, it's the main reason people force themselves into having these dreams. To complete sexual fantasies as such. I've never had one - but I'm trying methods to have one so the stuff I'd do is obviously - complete sexual fantasies (don't we all want to?;p)

But I'd complete dreams too, e.g play drums with Travis Barker, score a winning goal against your main rivals in a final, beat up someone you really hate, fly (when you jump in dreams you usually fly).

Just do things you've alwaysssss wanted to do!

So you can have sex but you cant go to the stage of ejaculating also you have to be really good at lucid dreaming to have sex due to waking up because your to excited right?

I've read up on this topic quite alot basically... It's the same as a wet dream basically. No idea of the correct term, I think it's possible to complete yes - you'll just wake up in a mess sometimes if you know what I mean, and all hot and bothered. Give it a go, I shall when I get the master of actually being able to Lucid dream, I have been trying for a while hopefully tonight will be different!
