My gamesound works perfect but the last two days my Xbox Chat keep cutting out ?

You Might wana take it back to the shop? Or even Try going to system settings>Chat Settings> and Play Sound through Speakers and TV.. That Might Work

Its works. i chat to my friends and then all of a sudden it just cuts out and gos back on again ?

Then im going with the last guess being that theres obviously a faulty wire inside, seriously take my advice and exchange it for a new one and tell them that it cuts every now and then!
