Sign in at xbox.com. Click on your gamerpicture/tag at the top right. Go to edit profile. Scroll all the way down you should see Bio.

If this is not the case then you probably have parental controls on your account.

You could enter the bios in manually. All you need to do is follow the format. It should take about 15min for a REALLY long one. 5-10 min for the shorter ones. Its worth it...
