1) can a jtag still go online? No they are only used for system link to infect your retail by joining your jtags system link game.

2)* Can you still host with jtags? Lmfao yes you can.
3)Can a jtag still be banned? Um they can't connect to xbox live so how would they get banned? lol

correct me if i am wrong but i think that they can connect to xbox live but they will be flagged as soon as you do connect and will be banned within a certain amount of time

you are wrong they ban you as soon as you press connect you will not get 1 second on live with a jtag

they dont connect to server, and become banned a few hours after you try.

In turn banning your original keyvault.. so make the decision of connecting knowing the consequences.
