Hi, i had a video which had 150 views but then i deleted it and not it still says i have 150 views! How can a reset this?

you can't i'm afraid, your total upload views in the top right corner of youtube is an overall tally of all the views you've ever gotten. So whether you delete a video or anything, it will always be their...

i got 12,000 views total and i barely have any videos cause i removed most of them and it looks weird :/ haha

I have nearly 74,000 views, but I have one video with nearly 800 views now
My subs are not active, I just uploaded my first video in about a year
