you need one with error lights installed, yours have been removed.

Oh right thanks how would i go about doing this or can i just send it away to someone to repair.?

Consult icy-tank. Yeah you need to know what error is going on and the only way to do that is with the error leds. Since you do not have another rf module laying around without modded leds you're most likely better off sending it to someone who can help fix the error to begin with should that turn out to be the problem.
