I tried to start up a modded save..
And it comes up with exactly
"This save relies on content that is no longer present. Some objects may no longer be available. Continue Loading?"
Does that mean some of the mods given dont work?
Please help.
Need alittle bit more understanding.

It simply means, some of the content that the save creator put in there, will not show up for the Xbox.
For Example. Lets say I were to make a save (on the PC) with a mod that gives you more hair styles. Once loaded on the Xbox, it will say "This save relies on...etc." If you were to play that save on the Xbox, the new hair styles will NOT be there. That's because the Xbox cannot support the mods on PC.
Hope this helped.

I don't think that will stick on the Xbox version. However, if you were to increase your health/stamina/magika using ~ to like, 9999999, it would be like the same thing. (And I know for a fact that it sticks)
