I don't think so. Maybe another cowboy like game but a sequel will be unlikely. Like LA NOIRE I believe rockstar made them just as a showcase of what they can do rather than a new series of games.

Okay, so there will never be a Red Dead Redemption 2, However, The Red Dead Series was designed and always meant to be a saga of sorts, it was supposed to be a 2-3 Game Series.
1. Red Dead Revolver
2. Red Dead Redemption
3. ?
Red Dead Revolver and Red Dead Redemption are two completely different games, containing different characters, different storyline, and more.
The point that I'm trying to make is, well there may or may not be another Red Dead game, but don't get your hopes up for a sequel.
