Happened plenty of times, I think it just happens if you're very creative and think about things a different way than others. Nothing supernatural, I think its a form of day dreaming.

I dream like that sometimes.

This has happened to me before. Also, ive noticed myself concentrating on something really hard, like my little brother when he starts fussing for a bottle, and that I can actually see over him. I go to see him and he is exactly on the same spot wearing the same exact cloths without seeing him that entire day. It then feels like I get sucked back into my body and my heart seems like it isnt pumping fast anough so I have to stand up and jog or jump till it gets back to normal. Its when im awake though

That happened to me back when I was in middle school. I was running a mile in my PE class, and I was super tired by the last lap, but I kept running. When I was probably, 100 yards from the finish line, I sprinted as fast as I could, and it felt like I wasn't in control of my body anymore, and I was looking at myself running.

Other than lucid dreaming, this happened to me after a long day.
I woke up early, went to school, walked 2 miles home, played a baseball game, finally got home and was doing the "Deja Vu" Vidmaster Achievement for Halo:ODST, and I say my self from my bed(I was on my computer chair) and I didn't hear any sound...After about 15 seconds my friends were going crazy cause I was talk really crazy(about weird things)

NOTE: Maybe this happens when you are dead tired/really drowsy.
