Its just a c4d text with a bad backround
But i can see you are just starting.
Watch tutorials on youtube to get better, or maybe ask people around the forums for help.
Download graphics packs, there in the graphics resources forum, some contain many different useful resources such as fractals and fonts.
Keep at it pal and you will get there

It's not too bad bro...
It's pretty basic but it has a nice feel to it. Add some more effects to the text render in Ps, play around a bit with the tools.

It wouldn't be that bad if the background wasnt blurry and the lighting on the image was right......

It isn't that good bro! I would give it a 5/10
The O isn't even 3D like the rest of the text.
The background is blurry.
Watch some tutorials and download some Gaphics packs. I would recommend some, but I can't find them right now. Sorry!
