Hello TTG, so the other day, I had to completely restore my computer. Since then I haven't moved the computer or my wireless card at all, within about an inch (I have touched it once). Our internet provider I think did something to help our connection, because we have a lot of devices connected to the internet at one time. This could be a matter completely irrelevant to connection (I think it has to be some way), but youTube videos will not load. It says that the page is done loading, but only a black box is where the video should be. no buffering or anything at all. I am using Chrome but I have tried with Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox. Help is possible please.
