i used rgloader to devlaunch my falcon rgh, and now my console is running extremely slow
any suggestions on how to fix this? if its fixable?

If you want to keep the Developer nand then the console will be slower. On a real DevKit the Xbox is built to run under more intense conditions (more RAM, better GPU, etc) and therefore does not have the problems of slowness. If you don't want the console to be slow, your only option that I know of would be to flash back to a regular nand. If you're using RGLoader 0v295 the speed overall is evidently faster than any older version.
FSD is not compatible with RGLoader based on my past experiences.

Patch the default.xex with Xbox360gamehack too dev kit, you need to do this for all xex's and they will run fine, as for the slowness theres nothing you can do if you want to stay on rgloader.
