I have a picture of my dog but his eyes look like he's evil. I tried using the "Red Eye Tool" but obviously the glow of his eyes are not red.
I tried making the eyes a dark blue ish color but it looks like he has fake contacts in haha
If you could be so kind to fix the image for me. I will reward you with a lot of rep
