The last 4 months I have just felt like I've been on ago-pilot like my body is acting without my brain responding and I thought it was just like a phase maybe depression but u has been goin on too long anybody know what may be happening?

Not sure I get this after I do an all nighter on xbox but I just sleep and eat loads then go to the gym that helps me.
