could anyone please tell me what level the different materials are found please eg. what level diamonds can be found etc

I think diamond are found 3 blocks higher than lava

Iron coal Can be found anywhere gold and lapis lazul can be found in caves near lava and diamonds can be found near lava and if u go to bedrock go up 7 steps to 9 steps but can be random.
