Camp Frost dragons with a Yak and a Cannon. You will make 1 - 2m per hour or higher. The requirement is 85 Dungeoneering and it would be helpful if you had 96 summoning to have a pak yak and increase your money per hour. Also use a Dwarf Multicannon which will speed up the kills. This is how I earn my money.

i have 601mil. flip santas, h'ween masks or anything bandos. i turned 500mil into 600mil in 3 hours. HOPE U KNOW HOW TO FLIP! XD
