Hey guys I was wondering where I could combine clips together to make a video like windows movie maker, BUT it can't be windows movie maker because one of the files isnt working with the program so im looking for a better one that is good. Any program if you know tell me After effects sony vegas anything please and thank you..

I recommend using sony vegas pro as it is a very good software for make edited clips and lots more ! You could also add in music,effects, screenshots and more.. If you are un able to get those programs just use dvd maker or some free programs like that. I don't recommend using after effects as it is for professionals and it would take way to long to understand it and render the clip. Hope that help and a couple of +REP would be much appreciated !
