I Think it is fake, just because, if he is a mod? and that is a real RunescapeMod confirmation site, then why can he not type it? he had to break it up...

Yes my friend became a jmod and he had to apply through that site, it is legit.

It's fake. Jagex will never message you in-game to become a player moderator. They only send a message to you in your inbox.

its fake. Dont trust it. I used a old account and it said "Sorry we cant complete your application" and when i tried to log on my old acc it was hacked.
