Budget: $100-$200
Music preference:rap/hip-hop (im not looking for a bass heavy headphone)
Type / form factor and portability:in-ear, portability would be nice but i dont want to sacrifice sound quality.

Got two requests for you buddy.
Budget: $120 max.
Music preference: Not music, for gaming.
Type / form factor and portability: Something much better than Turtle Beaches for the Xbox 360.
Open/Closed (Not for in-ear): Open

Budget: $20
Music preference: Lots of rock, EDM, some blues, jazz and country.
Type / form factor and portability: In-ear for iPod touch. I just need some good sound quality ones.

I'd look no further than the V-Moda LP2. You can get custom shields on their site to make them look even better.

Hmmmm... NOT bass heavy, you say? I'm with you there, even for bass-centric genres I prefer neutral. I'd go for the Vsonic GR07:

They're neutral and natural-sounding, one of the best in their price range.. They've also got incredible build quality and come with a ton of high-quality tips. Look at the picture on Amazon!

$100 will land you the Audio Technica AD700 with a Zalman ZM-1 clip mic. Not sure how you'd hook these up to Xbox, though. Shouldn't have much difficulty with the headphones, but the 3.5 mm jack on the mic might be an issue.
For the IEM you could get the Meelectronics M6 or spend a little more and go for the Xeport 5010. I think the $10 more for the Xeport is worth it, they're very, very capable for such a low price.

For your genres, the Xeport 3010 may be an even better suggestion because they're so fun sounding. Heck, I'd pick them over an S4 every day of the week.
