I own 2 cross breeds of Staffordshire terriers and they are extremely playful but by no means violent. My point is that it is the owners fault, not the dogs... It really annoys me when attacks like this happen and the owner should be charged with manslaughter at the very least!

He is also very lucky he survived, if that was his neck he'd be in a coffin now.
