Okay, if it were true, which I believe it is true, because it makes since. Then why did they ban my console after I got banned the second time on this console? They also did it 4 days after my account got banned.

The Xbox Enforcement Team has to have Specific Evidence considering your Console or Account before they can ban you from LIVE services. Depending on what you did, determines the length of your Suspension/Ban. Do you remember doing anything within that 6 day time period?

What was the last Email you got from XBLPET?

The Xbox Enforcement Team has to have Specific Evidence considering your Console or Account before they can ban you from LIVE services. Depending on what you did, determines the length of your Suspension/Ban. Do you remember doing anything within that 6 day time period?

Well, when I made my new account the next day after my account got banned, I did that deal for Xbox Live. 2$'s for 2 months. Maybe that made them mad because I didn't do the standard 10$'s a month. Other than that, nope. Just played BF3 trying to get my stats back to where they were.

I don't understand why you guys come on here to complain/post they are issuing console bans. We no they are it does take a smart person to find this out.

First thing is first- If you like to report member's on xbox to be rude or to get back at someone read this before you do it.

Before you report them for ANY reason you must known that when you report someone they ALWAYS do a back round check on you which means if you broke any rules they will issued you a suspension or ban depending on what you did.

Ex:

I got into a 10th lobby a month ago. I filed a complaint on another user for cheating. XBLPET will look at my history on the account I reported that user on and they will see I got into a 10th lobby they will ban me. Then they will handle the member I reported.

Profile violation usually work this way: 1 strike= 24hr, 2nd strike= 1 week 3rd strike= 2weeks...

ANY kind of modding,10th lobbies,modded avatar,modded years playied ect will result an a 12-31-9999 ban. a.k.a Perm-a-banned.

Communication violation- First-24hour Second 48hour- third-week etc

Send any kind of messages saying Anything about lobbies or modding stuff jtags etc you will Get a perm banned.

Talking about DDOS,threating etc will result in a 24 hour suspension then 1 week etc.

Filing a Complaint on a gamertag doesn't work anymore. It will get ban/force changed if it is inappropriate username.

You can NOT File complaint on a banned gamertag(12-31-9999) It will not work for this reason.

Ex. Say you got banned for swearing.Now your banned for 48 hours(2days) and that say day you got banned for motto abuse which is 24 hours(1day).In 24 hours you will be unbanned from XBL and now can go online and play but your still banned from Talking to people for another day because 48-24=24. Its the same way with 12-31-9999 That is counting down so A 24 hour ban for a motto abuse will last 1 day so now you have 1 less day from the 12-31-9999 ban.

I have seen many question rising up about consoles bans and what not. I was answer some now.

Q. If I get console banned,can I buy a new xbox without getting banned?
A. Yes,they banned your other console for breaking a terms of use violation,but you can buy another one,but if you break the terms of use again they will console ban you again.

Q. If I buy a new console can I use my hard drive from my banned xbox?
A. Yes,they only ban the xbox and if you did something with the account they ban that to.

Q. What should I do with my banned xbox?
A. I would sell it on Ebay,or try selling it to a trusted seller for cheap they can use that and RGH it.

Q. Can I get IP banned from xbox?
A. yes, but it is very very rare. I have had over 50 consoles bans(including Kv's) and never been IP banned.

Well, the unthinkable has happened. Motorola and Xbox are fighting over the patent in which Xbox 360's were made and the way Motorola's circuit is set-up.

Then, since Motorola filed the patent 7 months before Xbox, Xbox may lose the battle. All imports of Xbox related material will be illegal and be as if it were a gun in public.

A judge from the D.C. supreme court then stated that Xbox should be banned and Motorola should get the patent.

The US President is soon to receive the news and more arguments in the government will affect this Judicial suggestion. If passed, Xbox will die, Microsoft will lose profits and then Xbox production for all countries will stop. Servers will be sold and Xbox will be no more.

::Original Gamertags::

The definition of an original xbox gamertag vary from person to person. I will do my best to describe my best of different types of original gamertags.

My Definition of an original gamertag: A Gamertag

that contains No Prefixes (ie: Ultra, Un, Semi, Hyper) before the tag you are referencing. An example of a prefix gamertag would be: Ultra-rare.

that contains No Suffixes (ie: Fly, Able, Ible, Ce, Al) after the tag you are referencing. An example of a suffix gamertag would be: Simplify, Portable, Logical.

that is not a Plural (This pretty much explains itself) after the tag you are referencing. An example of a plural gamertag would be: Simples, Magicals, Enchantments, Killers. This type of gamertag is the most common type of gamertag that claims to be "original".

that does not contain: numbers, L's to swap for i's or vise-versa. The gamertag should also not have a combination letters to create one letter. (ie: I R to create R or I 3 to Create B)

that is a single letter. Not two letters, but 1.

A word that is in the dictionary..

An original gamertag SHOULD CONTAIN at the maximum ONE WORD. A BASE WORD. An example of an original gamertag would be: Fear, Kill, Terror, Stop, Time.

::Semi-Original Gamertags::

The definition of a semi-original gamertag also varies from person to person. On the forums I see many people arguing wether their gamertag is semi-original or original. I will try to do my best to explain Semi-Original as I believe that these are the most mis-understood gamertags.

A Semi-Original Gamertag:

Contains a prefix (ie: Ultra, Un, Semi, Hyper) before the tag you are referencing. An example of a prefix gamertag would be: Semi-Original.

May be a plural word. After the tag you are referencing usually an S follows it. An example of a plural gamertag would be: Simples, Magicals, Enchantments, Killers. This type of gamertag is the most common type of gamertag that claims to be "original". THESE ARE NOT ORIGINAL.

May contain two or more words. An example of a semi-original gamertag with 2 words would be: Free Fall, Stone Age, Bear Cub.

::Rare Gamertags::

Rare gamertags are rarely disputed. It is easy to see that Mickey Mouse, Walt Disney, Star Struck, are Rare Gamertags. These gamertags mostly were created on the original xbox. However since xbox has allowed spaces in previous xbox original gamertags, new ones are becoming available. To clear things up i will give you many examples of my "rare" gamertags.

A Rare Gamertag:

Should be a common/popular household names. (ie: Pokemon Movie, High School, Pop Tarts, Jessica Alba, Megan Fox, and Michael Jackson)

Should be a common item not including food that is found in most societies. (ie: Tooth Brush, Dish Soap, Skateboard, Toilet Cleaner, Lava Lamp, Block Buster, Ocarina of Time, Fire Emblem.)

Trinity-2010 First Slim motherboard,Also known as the "Vejle" or "Valhalla" motherboard,Enjoys all the same perks as the Jasper, Even lower chance of RROD than Jaspers,This motherboard is exclusive to the Xbox 360 Slim.

Corona-2011 Currently the newest motherboard, and is exclusive to the Slim consoles.

What the online gaming community has come to know as a "JTAG" is an Xbox that utilizes the SMC exploit. This exploit causes a re-boot into the 4532 kernel. This kernel was made famous by the KK exploit (King Kong), where a bug in the hypervisor was utilized to run unsigned code. The SMC exploit is a faster version of the KK exploit (as in, it boots faster), and allows for the running of unsigned code. The SMC exploit is limited to consoles running kernels prior to the summer 09 update (7371). It is also true that there are several patched CBs, which prevent the exploit. Due to the need for a console which has not been updated, they are naturally scarce and once demanded a high price. Credits go to robinsod, tmbinc, SeventhSon, Martin_sw, and Tiros.

RGH
The Reset Glitch Hack is a new type of method which allows the running of unsigned code. Explained by free60: "We found that by sending a tiny reset pulse to the processor while it is slowed down does not reset it but instead changes the way the code runs, it seems it's very efficient at making bootloaders memcmp functions always return "no differences". memcmp is often used to check the next bootloader SHA hash against a stored one, allowing it to run if they are the same. So we can put a bootloader that would fail hash check in NAND, glitch the previous one and that bootloader will run, allowing almost any code to run." This hack requires a "glitch chip", which will send the signal. These range from the original Coolrunner-II made by Digilent, the Matrix by Infinity Mod, Team-Xecuter Coolrunner, X360Glitch Chip by SoulHaven, and the Stinger by Maximus. These chips have an Xilink chip which is capable of sending the signal fast enough for the glitch to properly function. The benefits of the RGH is that it doesn't require a non-updated dashboard to run unsigned code, meaning you could run 2 or more NANDs, which allows you to run it as a retail with one, and run unsigned code with the other. It is also able to work on the Trinity motherboard (original slim motherboard), which the SMC exploit is not. Since this hack runs on almost any Xbox (some have CB_Bs, which don't allow the hack to run, and others have unglitchable CBs: 5772 and 6752; for now), which means that the only limiting factor is the number of Xboxs produced by Microsoft. Credits go to GliGli, Tiros, cOz, Razkar, tuxuser, and Ced2911 Ultimately, since they have the same outcome, they are theoretically the same value. However, I value the Reset Glitch higher than the SMC exploit, because of the ability to still run a retail dash on Xbox Live, without consequently causing the glitch to fail.

turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights.
