What additional cords will I need to be able to use all the fans on my case, power supply, and cpu cooler?
Motherboard

Case (2 fans)

Power supply (1 fan)

And 1 stock cpu fan.
The motherboard says that it only has one fan connector but my case alone has 2 fans. What should i do?

CPU cooler will go into its own header on the MOBO ( 3 pin next to the socket ).
The PSU fan goes on automatically and is connected to the internals of the shell of the PSU.
Zooming in on the MOBO shows that there are 2 open fan connectors on the PCB its-self so there are no worries there. If anything, you'd be able to hook them up bia molex and have them running 100% 24/7.

Ok that's great. And just in case, would i need a cable to hook the fan up via molex? I'll just buy it now and return it if it's not needed.

You won't need to since you can hook it up straight to the MOBO. But lets imagine that was not a viable option, yes and no. It depends on the cases fans and if they have a molex cable or not..but don't sweat it.
