I bought a Falcon JTAG from this guy's website yesterday (paid June 21st). I needed it ASAP, so I spoke to him via AIM, and he offered Next Day delivery at an extra cost of $40, so it should arrive Saturday June 23rd.

It's 7:30PM CST right now, and I'm trying to get the tracking number.

This seller failed to even ship the item. I needed this JTAG fast, which is why I wanted Next Day Delivery. I requested a refund for the Next Day Delivery, but have yet to receive it.

So far I am not very impressed.

I am cancelling my order with Pirates. The communication was just not there. Slow to respond and to ship. Please issue me a refund.

I bought another JTAG from Devil Dog Gaming.

Ok, I had the console all packed up ready to go when you purchased Thursday. I was planning to print a shipping label and give the package to the mailman when he came by Friday, with overnight shipping as you requested. I log into my PayPal account to see that I am limited and PayPal has placed a hold on the payment. They are suspicious for who knows what. I call them, and they explain they need Photo ID with my address sent to them. I think ok that's fine, I'll take a pic of my passport with my phone and sent it to them. Nope, it has to be faxed. I don't even know how to fax, let alone me having a fax machine. They wouldn't unlimit and release the payment until the Photo ID was faxed. I was able to get a ride to Staples today to fax, but I received an email from you friday night stating you already wanted refunded. Since you were so impatient you couldn't wait one day, I had to refund. I do what my customers want, even if they are disrespectful. So finally I called PayPal again today, and we decided I had to close my account. Luckily they had enough respect to let me take the money out of my account before it got closed. But now I just had the cash, so I had to borrow $225 from my parents bank account in order to get the PayPal money refunded. I went through hell with this PayPal issue these past few days. And in turn you come onto my shop, claim I am a bad seller, and attempt to give me a bad rep. That was completely disrespectful and arrogant. I tried to explain the issue to you but yet you write "The communication was just not there." Doesn't make too much sense to me. Anyways, you have got your full refund, the console price + the overnight shipping fee. I could've shipped Monday with overnight, but that's not the route you seemed to want. That's fine with me, it's your money. If you have anything else to say, please do so in a PM, AIM, or email. Thank you and have a good day.

Pirates is a legit seller. People realize he is human he does have a life outside of ttg. He has things to do other than be your personal servant.

sounds too me your just impatient, and expect things to magically appear at your doorstep, anywhere you buy things online it takes at a minimum of 2 days to recieve a item.

Communication is not there? You may have failed to realize that some people actually have lives and don't sit by the computer all day! I bought a broken console along with a 60GB HDD from him about 3 days ago, and I had "full communication". Shipping was just as expected and I got it yesterday. Pirates is a great seller, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy any product from him again!
