Visual Studio 2012 won't work with the Xbox 360 SDK for a very long time. Visual Studio 2008 support just got cut, if that's any indication. I mean, VS2012's not even out of beta yet.

You can only code for XNA on a dev kit by having a dev kit on one of the last two recoveries, with the newest XDK on Visual Studio 2010, and having the XDK XNA extensions installer package(which is a pain to find).

Okay, I'll just buy the Jasper XDK I found earlier for $400
