I know that it is possible but I can't remember what to download, if anybody has done this before or knows what to download then please help me
Also will it be possible to make it on VB? Since this is the language I'm most familiar with

All of you are wrong. It's in Objective-C. You can't use VB. You would need to run OSX in a VM to be able to make an app on a windows machine as far as I know. Most windows chipsets aren't the same as the chipsets that OSX can run on, so the odds are you'd have to make a "hackintosh" from scratch, or buy a mac.
