Yep just click the scale at the bottom right of any post or topic and make sure its the person u wanna give rep to. Then around the middle of the screen that pops up there should be a number, then when you click on it, the amount of reputation power u have is the amount of regular rep u can give to a certain person. Then when done clicking the amount of rep you can give somebody then u click i agree with this post if u wanna +rep them or hit i disagree with this post to -rep them. Then when your done with that u just click done at the bottom and it should say rep points have been delivered.
