I prefer the ones which say 'DONT FORGET TO PRESS THANKS' in flashing colours. you get a 7/10.

9/10 I like how you have included alot of detail to the concept of a header having a divide between the phrase and the main logo also just one thing if you had added a small amount of wind to the text it would have a nice effect

I like the top one better, the other one is too bright, but still both nice .

But i dont think it really goes with the rest of the website , maybe if it were an orange-ish color it would look better
