I want a gaming PC capable of playing Diablo 3 w/ recording and no lag...
I honestly don't know how to make a computer or anyhting and would rather not build one.
If i have to throw in a extra 100 i will...
But for the most part I want a nice looking Desktop + Monitor for 500$ ^^^

You wont get a monitor as well. On that budget. Use the Sticky at the top of the Forum. They get the best things possible.

He's right. A decent sized HD monitor is about $200+. Building a decent gaming PC for $300 basically isn't possible. My PC is a budget build and it cost me $580 without a monitor.

You can get an AMD A8-3850 FM1 build for around $350 ( give or take a few bucks ) + $150 for a half decent 1920 X 1080 TN panel. How well an APU will handle a recording program + D3 ( even though it's not very demanding ) is a totally different question. Even with a budget of around $600 it's still not a ton of room to work with to configure a build with both.
