270GB hardrive
2GB Ram
32-Bit
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+
Windows Vista

I've got about 400 to spend ($620) To buy a new computer

What do you guys think that I could buy with that?

No your computer is terrible and if your just looking for a computer to go web browsing and not gaming, editing or recording your pc aint that bad, but i guess you could get anewer one with decent specs are you going to build it yourself.
