In U.K u can have a jtag but if u play it online it is classed as illegal!!

Any JTAG you go online with is illegal, thats why you get banned. UK, US, doesnt matter

Getting arrested for selling JTAGs? The most i ever heard was one of my buddies got a [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] order from Microsoft.

As far as getting arrested for owning one, i have no idea, but note this post is being written from Riker's Island.
