No its just a thing were you can skip 16 spaces in your motto. It will seem hes playing BO2 but its fake.

I actually had a guy in my friends list playing "Black Ops II" like 2 months ago. It wasn't like the picture you posted. The games name was Black Ops II Beta

Here is what he did, I did it too...
You go to your name and enter what oyu want it to say.
Then you go to the front of what you put and click the space untill it goes far to the right.
Ask your friend to look on his friends list and go to your name and see what it says...
Mine says "Playing Black Ops 2:Teamdeath match on Silo"
