"The chances of a playoff team getting Beal are slim, but Finals runner-up Oklahoma City has invested quality time figuring out a way to get up high enough to land Beal.

Beal told ESPN.com Wednesday that Oklahoma City general manager Sam Presti told him during an interview in Chicago that he was interested in trying to move up to draft him. The Thunder's first-round pick isn't until No. 28.

"He told me he was going to decide what they're going to do and considered getting up there," Beal said."

Any thoughts of opinion? Personally, I feel it would be a foolish decision to let such a key member of Thunder leave. I was hoping to see success for the team in more than one season but if their teammates get traded out if may be more difficult to achieve as high of success as they have been.

Beal looks like a solid player but he won't have as much chemistry as Harden. It's better to keep Harden on the team. It's not like he's out of his prime. He's 23 I think? I'd let him develop and stay with the Thunder and try to get a ring rather than breaking up chemistry.

Harden is part of the Thunder's big three and I think that it should stay that way for the next few years. There's no reason to break them up. They're good players and young. The reasoning for breaking up the Celtics big three is because of age. The reasoning for maybe breaking up the Heat's big three is because of salary. Nothing wrong in OKC to have to break them up.
