Looking for the best Skyrim modders!

I'd like a save that may take a lot of work.

Level 1.

Race: either a dragon priest or a Soul Cairn Keeper



I know these can be done for Xbox, I've seen them. Let me know if you come up with anything.

This takes PC to do, and the DLC is not out for PC yet.

He is not actually cheating he just wants his race modded to a dragon priest or a soul cairn keeper. Not modded stats or anything like that.

Let me rephrase new playable races snow elves are in the game now, but you can't play as one.

Theres only one snow elve left but when i talked too him he said there might be pockets of them still on the planet so i thought that was kinda cool that they even had one in the DLC also i like to think of what there racial passive spell is and what not
