i did one at my friends house
i never tried it before and gave me one i didnt know and he said it makes u nice and relaxed (he lied, after it he said it was gates of hades) man i didnt like it and it made it worse that is was my first go

Can this stuff negatively f*ck with your brain? Like cause damage? I want to try it but I'm very skeptical about it because, well, sounds making you feel different isn't typically an every-day thing.

No it won't. idoser and all these other MP3s that supposedly 'get you high' don't actually work, the 'reactions' caused are what your brain is thinking about what is going to happen.

Look up placebos and the placebo effect.
