Okay. I have a nice Canon EOS Rebel t3 camera with both 75-300mm lens and a standard 18-55mm kit lens that came with my camera first thing.

I take full credit in all of these photo's. These are not all of them, these are the best one's that I've taken in the past week.

Please rate you guys ^_^

With this photo, it was taken at night of course. Now for this you wanna use your Manual setting on your camera. (M) Now the shutter speed can either be 10", 20", or 30" seconds. Try each exposure to see what looks better. Now for the f number you should set it to the lowest possible. More light comes in my friend. And finally, as for the ISO speed it should be 100 or any low number. Again, you can customize the settings any way you want but you should try the settings I give you first and change them from there on out.

Lifeless Flower

I took this on a rainy, cloudy day. I used my 75-300mm lens for this one (I took it from inside the house. The flower is outside.)

Spider Web

I took this the same time I took the morning shot of the sunrise. Focused on the web and it created a pretty blur in the background. Again, I used the 75-300mm lens.

I took this when I woke up early yesterday. Simple shot, 75-300mm lens.

Summer Shine

I took this about a week ago one afternoon around 4-6PM. I didn't have a lens hood so the flare couldn't be blocked out in this shot.

The Moon

With this type of shot, you don't need to use long exposures if that's what you're thinking. You need a pretty good lens that can reach far enough to the moon first off. I used a 75-300mm lens for this one. I turned my camera mode to TV (It's where you control the shutter speed and ISO speed only if you have another camera.) and set the shutter speed to 1/320 and the ISO to 200. Keep changing things on your own to get different results

So um, yeah. Rate my photo's, I re-sized them and added a shadow with border to them as well. If anyone else takes photo's with a pretty good camera (it doesn't have to be like mine.) you'd be welcome to share it on this thread.

Thanks!

I kinda thought there would be more replies on this.

Anyone else an amateur photographer, or hell do we have a professional photographer on TTG who takes photo's on sets, does magazine covers, or does great work like Trey Ratliff?
