I'm not trying to hate or anything but it is really easy and anyone could do it, also even if it was legit that seems like a waste of time, maybe fill it in and turn it into an adventure map or something THEN you will have done something meaningful :}

I believe that this was done legitly. I mean, Sand is super easy to get if you just go round the outskirts of islands with a shovel/spade then to make a sandstone is even easier. Plus, there is no proof that its hollow or not inside. But, me, myself and I love mining. I have 10 10x10 mineshafts that go from the surface straight to bedrock and I have 16 chests completely fulled with Stone.

I 100& believe this is legit.

Pretty cool but pyrimids are pretty simple to make. Plus, the middle of the pyrimid is probably completely hollow...

We have a bigger one in our huge world. No duplication or mods. Fully legit. Go to bigstuff93 on youtube for the biggest legit xbox 360 world. HUGE!

It looks nice but pyramids aren't the hardest of things to create in Minecraft. Next time I would suggest creating the World's largest tower or something.

DAMN! How long did it take? I know you duplicated so I am just wondering building it? I made one smaller than that and it took me almost 2 hours.
