Ok Say You Have A Lvl 50 Acc and A Lvl 10 Acc.(i dont think any lvl requried)

First! Unplug Your Internet Cable(This Will not work if plugged in).
2nd: Log in to your Low lvl acc.
3rd: Go 2 Tranning Grounds The first one.
4th: As The Screen Is Loading Sign Out And Sign Into Your High Lvl Acc.Try 2 do This Fast
5th: It Should Take You Back 2 The Main Menu And Achevments Should Start Popping Up.(Note:Some Achevments Require You 2 Go Online And Get A Kill.)
Enjoy Your New Leveld Acc!!!

Yeah I found a similar way on youtube and it worked for me

I pulled my ethenet cable out the whole way threw and did this:

- Logged on the high level account
- Started up the first training ground mission
While training ground is loading I:
- Signed out of the high level
- Signed in to the low level

Now all I need is a high level so I can do this, if anyone has like a level 100 and they do this, please make a silver and let me use it.
