No, you just imagine you do. Sometimes the "pain" is enough to make you wake up and think you actually could feel it.

Yes, it is possible.
First you have to consider that pain is just a feeling.
Much like an emotion, it can be triggered in any number of ways, mentally as well as physically.
It has been shown that realistic, localized painful sensations can be experienced in dreams either through direct incorporation or from past memories of pain. Nevertheless, the frequency of pain dreams in healthy subjects is low.
It is impossible however to wake up with physical effects of the pain. EG: You cut yourself on a sharp object. When you wake up there will be no cut.

I suppose this can happen in circumstances. Such as things like Wet Dreams.
When I was younger, I had a dream I was at a water park and woke up and my bed was wet, baring in mind this is when I was about 6 ?
I suppose it is not a regular thing to happen but it can happen in some situations.
