u have to have a jtag in order to unban accounts trust me ikno ive had 4 accounts banned my time on xbl

Right now this is currently no way of unbanning a account unless you convince XBLPET to unban it or try working for them.

There is no way to get it unbanned
you can't do it with a jtag/rgh/devkit
