I have a xenon that had a failed heatgun reflow attempt and one side of the gpu lifted a little. I dont think its popcorned though (no bubbles). Can you fix this witha a reball?

before heatgun error?
after heatgun error?

I rarely take in heatgunned boards, its just a waste of time usually becuase the boards concave and warp when heatguns come out, due to the uneven application of heat.

Welcome to send it in and have me try, pay if it is unrepairable you get your funds back minus shipping fee.

The error before was 0102 and after is 0020. I can post a picture of the top and side of the chip if you would like.
