What would be the punishment to someone who threatened to ban you
And aswell claimed they were a employee of Microsoft?

no punishment at all.

but the biggest punishment he will get is a couple of days suspension

Impersonating a Microsoft employee can be a serious offense, and they can be permanently banned. It depends on what actually happened, what they actually said, and if you have any proof. Text messages on XBOX will be good proof, just let a Microsoft employee know.

honestly a week suspension at most, if you don't have proof then no punishment at all
