Over the past two days I haven't been able to log into Skype and it just says it can't connect but downstairs on another computer it can?!

Here's what I get:

I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing but that didn't work, so if you can help me I would be greatful!

Have you tried to reinstall skype? Might work.

Take the battery out of your router and put it back in reseting it.This might make it work upstairs.

have you tried un-installing Skype completely from your system and then re-installing it? Also, try making a new account and see if you can log in there. It might just be an account problem

Yeah I've tried those both and it's not my account or Skype the program I think it might just be my connection at the moment

You need to re-install it then try.
