Sorry i don't have skype.
But if your using Mossy's patch blocker here we go:
1. Download Elite Mossy's Patch Blocker: Elite Mossy's Patch Blocker
2. Open the patch blocker and you will see a box with an IP, that'll say: Example(192.168.1.103.)
3. Go to your Playstation 3 and go to your Network Connection Settings
4. Click custom
5. Keep scrolling until you reach were it says Proxy Server, press Use Proxy Server.
6. Type what is the I.P address that is shown in the patch blocker: Example(192.168.1.103) then the port number which I think is 8080. Then in the patch blocker click "Start Blocking".
7. Go through the rest of the settings until you reach the end of it and sign into your account.
8. Go to your game section, Game Data Utility, and DELETE the ModernWarfare 2 data.
9. Then start Modern Warfare 2, originally it will ask you to update Modern Warefare 2 because you deleted the patch, but the patch blocker skips it and now you have no patch. No you can't go into a public match or play with friends who are not using the patch blocker and so once you're on it, only other people using it can join you.
Additionally, here are some lobbies you can get into if you're bypassed:

How to bypass MW2:

1) Download elite mossy patch blocker - Downloads/id=1446/elite-mossys-pa...r-ps3.html
2) On the XMB go to >> game >> game data and delete the mw2 data, if you have the dlc it will delete it.
3) Go to system >> network settings >> edit settings
4) Do your normal settings up until it says "Use proxy"
5) Click yes
6) Open up elite mossy patch blocker from step 1 on your PC
7) The number in the patch blocker, enter that on your PS3 as the proxy.
8) Finish and test connection
9) If it works go to MW2
10) It shouldn't ask for an update, if it doesn't go to multiplayer and you are bypassing.

You do not need the blocker for this
First, delete mw2 data
Then:
Enter these codes on the Proxy server settings
210.101.131.231
8080
These codes have worked for me and many other people
