I'm trying to download mw2.

The game is scratched to shit, I already tried a new disc.

I try to download other games - Black ops, mw3, etc.

When they download, they only say these files:

$System Update
AUDIO (something)
VIDEO (something)

That's the only thing that shows up. I know I'm doing everything right. I did this before.

Is it my disc drive? When I try to play the game, it says "Play DVD" I'm like.. Dafugh.

Are you trying to open the game on your computer? If so because of the encryption those are the only files you're going to see. You need to either use xex menu to rip the games onto your hard drive or some image browsing application such as the one modio has or 360 image browser.

Yes, I did it manually, then waited about a minute, and clicked confirm.
