Yes and then also No.
Yes: The lobbies are possible to be hosted, and do work properly, getting your challenges/15th prestige.
No: Anyone who gets into a "15th" lobby will be banned almost instantly, anyone who gets over 50k xp in a game(without challenges) or over 50k in single kill is instantley reported and banned.
Answer: Yes there are 15th lobbies, but you wont get into one because they are not hosted.
