Why are you looking at an X58 board? Also, if you're not going quad-SLI with water-cooling this board is completely pointless. Even then it's a waste of money.

I was goig to quad sli, i like it cause of its killer gigabyte lan, and the compatability with ThunderBolt. I have a $2000 budget, i should be fine. LOL

A $2000 budget won't get you Quad SLI. Killer LAN does literally nothing at all. Thunderbolt is also completely useless for the time being.
